This private in-person workshop is sponsor by the Kentucky Hospital Association will take place Tue, April 11 – Thurs, April 13, 2023, in Louisville, Kentucky.
 
Please follow the below steps to ensure materials are shipped and received in a timely fashion and all registration information is completed accurately.
 
Registration
•    At registration, please use the AHE account of the participant. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, do not do so from your own account – registrations cannot be transferred from one name/account to another.
Participants will receive a Participant Guide and a Facilitator Guide at the workshop.  A CHEST Toolkit, with gamecards, posters and other materials will be shipped after the workshop.  Please ensure the shipping address is accurate.
