More and more, health care facilities are being charged to become more sustainable, reduce consumption and decarbonize. But how does one begin to do this work to impact an energy systems that runs on fossil fuels? Health care teams need a game plan to help guide action. Through seven modules this course will help: - Build a cross-functional team to work collaboratively to achieve sustainability goals.
- Establish a project-specific action plan to make progress on a sustainability.
- Construct a compelling business case to support decision-making and buy in.
