In this series, we will highlight facilities that have won the Environmental Services Department of the Year award in recent years. As standouts in the EVS field, these thought leaders will discuss operational strategies and actions that have led to success within their respective facilities. 

 

The first facility we would like to feature is Northside Hospital. Northside was a recipient of the Environmental Services Department of the Year award in 2019.  Northside’s achievements can be attributed to creating a highly effective and ever adapting leadership style to best cater to the needs of their EVS department in today’s “new normal.”
