Description

This on-demand conference session will concentrate on the unique needs of hospital HR professionals to establish systems and procedures that result in rapid and cost-effective on boarding of physicians and other types of LIPs. As hospitals continue to increase the number and diversity of employed professional staff, HR departments must increase their efforts to assist the organization in reducing the time between recruitment and clinical practice. A thorough understanding of the “rules of the road” and of best practices used by national leaders in physician employment will help all hospital-based HR professionals better serve patient care and organizational needs.
