Are You a Scientist? Pre-Recorded Webinar Release Date: June 17th, 2026 Join Kent Miller as he explains why EVS Leadership needs to be a "scientist" when running or analyzing an EVS department. This session covers how Bronson Methodist Hospital, in Kalamazoo Michigan, has historically brought in Environmental Services leadership without any EVS background. Through training them as a "scientist", they have transitioned them into successful leaders despite their initial lack of knowledge of infection prevention, Joint Commission standards, frontline training, chemical usage, and EVS-specific leadership skills.
