           eBook delivery notice along with the eBook link.

       The online acceptance of a User License Agreement is required prior to completing this

           transaction. The AHA Coding Clinic for ICD-10-CM/PCS content cannot be shared, copied,

           modified or transformed into derivative works.  One copy may be printed for archival

           purposes.
