Health care facilities managers play a vital role in the mission to enable positive outcomes for patients by maintaining a safe, comfortable, and compliant healing environment. To do so, health care facilities managers need to be well versed in a range of skills amid an ever-changing health care landscape. In this workshop you will see how facilities managers must be proficient across a set of core competencies to perform day-to-day facilities management in the modern health care setting and manage special projects in order to respond to complex challenges in their mission-critical role in the delivery of patient care.
