It teaches professionals how to strategically position themselves for advancement by documenting measurable impact, expanding their influence, and advocating for themselves authentically.

• Communicate Value: Confidently express their achievements and readiness for leadership.
• Build Support: Strategically cultivate relationships with mentors, advocates, and sponsors.
