This program will be held virtually via Zoom. A Zoom access link will be emailed to all registered attendees a few days prior to the start of the program.
The Certificate in Non-Acute Care Cleaning (CNACC) Train-the-Trainer (T3) program equips health care environmental services leaders with the knowledge and instructional skills to train and lead EVS technicians at their organization to become CNACC certificate holders. Participants will be able to assess their non-acute care knowledge and earn a T-CNACC designation, which is required to lead training and facilitate certification. Become a T-CNACC and share critical concepts in pathogen control and disinfection to drive exceptional performance in non-acute care environments, especially in long-term care and behavioral health facilities.
The program provides an opportunity to connect with fellow future T-CNACCs, participate in engaging exercises, cover the fundamentals of environmental services in a non-acute care environment, and have ample time for questions.
Registration
At registration, please use the participant's AHE account. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, do not register them from your own account – registrations cannot be transferred from one name/account to another.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ahe@aha.org. All requests must be submitted at least 15 business days prior to the start of the program. The refund will be subject to a $300 cancellation fee. No refund or credit will be issued for requests submitted 15 business days or fewer before the program start.
Registrants must attend all sessions in their entirety to be eligible for the CNACC trainer designation.
Mailing Addresses
Program materials will be sent to registered attendees. AHE staff will send an address confirmation email approximately 2 weeks before the program starts. Please provide the mailing address for your shipment. For most participants, this will be their home address. We do not recommend using your facility address unless: (1) you will have access to pick up your materials at your facility before the workshop start date, or (2) you plan on joining the virtual program from your facility.
Program materials are shipped through UPS, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide an alternate address if your mailing address is a P.O. Box.
Technical Requirements
Please ensure you have a computer running Windows or macOS, a webcam, headphones, and a reliable internet connection for the best interactive experience. AHE is not responsible for your Zoom compatibility and may not be able to provide technical assistance during the program.
