Participants of this program will gain valuable tips to help them succeed as Signature Program trainers and facilitators and help their EVS team build professional expertise. During the 1-day, 6-hour virtual program, each attendee will earn six (6) Continuing Education Credits (CECs) while practicing their facilitating and content-delivery skills. The participants will walk away with an abundance of practical training tips and techniques and all the logistic information needed to conduct an engaging and highly successful certification program at their facility!

Intended Audience:
Trainers who have attended the AHE Signature Train-the-Trainer (T3) program and need to renew their trainer eligibility.
Trainers who have led AHE Signature Program certification programs at their facilities and need training tips and techniques.
Trainers who have not trained in the past 3 years and need training tips and techniques and need to renew their trainer eligibility.

Identify and apply the five most effective skills trainers can use when leading a certification program at their facility.
