The presentation argues that the next frontier is systems thinking and behavioral economics, enabling leaders to uncover root causes, align stakeholders, and optimize the system rather than isolated departments—and in doing so, empower a new generation of leaders who can see the invisible, connect the disconnected, and transform complexity into clarity.
