Hospital capacity and patient flow are critical challenges facing healthcare systems today. This webinar explores how integrating virtual nursing models can significantly enhance hospital throughput, leading to improved efficiency, reduced length of stay (LOS), and better patient outcomes.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

After attending this session, the learner will be able to:

• Analyze the critical touchpoints in the patient journey where virtual nursing intervention can effectively reduce delays and bottlenecks.   
• Describe at least three non-bedside tasks a virtual nurse can effectively manage to increase bedside nurse time for direct patient care.  
• Identify key metrics (e.g., Length of Stay, discharge time) used to measure the successful impact of virtual nursing on overall hospital throughput.
