To do so, health care facilities managers need to be well versed in a range of skills amid an ever-changing health care landscape. In this workshop you will see how facilities managers must be proficient across a set of core competencies to manage special projects in order to respond to complex challenges in their mission-critical role in the delivery of patient care.

Analyze common pitfalls in project management and risk assessment through a collaborative approach, while identifying workable solutions for emerging problems.
