Health care facilities managers play a vital role in the mission to enable positive outcomes for patients by maintaining a safe, comfortable, and compliant healing environment. In this workshop you will analyze common pitfalls in project management and risk assessment through a collaborative approach while identifying workable solutions for emerging problems. - Identify the impact of and need for continuous compliance with applicable regulations.
- Identify critical steps for ensuring emergency preparedness in health care facilities.
- Articulate the operational budget implications of special projects to leadership.
