Description

Located in the heart of the Midwest, Avera Health provides quality health care despite record low unemployment. Because of the rural nature of their services, it became imperative to increase retention as there are so few candidates to fill open positions. An aggressive retention strategy was implemented with 1,100 leaders across the organization.
