Description

Before health care leaders can focus on the care of patients, they must attend to developing and engaging their workforce. Without talented and engaged caregivers, there is no one to provide quality patient care. Using the results of PRC’s National Nursing Engagement Study, this presentation will discuss the three key drivers predicting nursing engagement — autonomy, interpersonal relationships and connections with nursing administration. An in-depth analysis of these drivers, along with implications for retaining the right staff and preventing burnout, will be addressed in this interactive webinar. Participants will learn to build strategies to improve engagement within their teams and walk away with a Best Practice Action Items sheet with practical strategies that are easily implemented on return to their organization.
