The tool aims to assist nurse leaders in understanding the current span of accountability, providing a high-level view of the factors that impact nurse manager effectiveness. The report provides scored results with guidance to determine any adjustments that are needed to provide adequate support, guidance, and oversight to the nurse manager to achieve efficiency and quality of care.
