Full members AONL are Registered Nurses (RN). This includes nurses in all health care environments who hold, aspire to hold or function in a leadership role. All RNs are eligible for membership.

International memberships are for professional nurse leaders or aspiring nurse leaders who have RN licensure, or equivalent, in a country other than the United States and permanently reside outside of the United States. Fees for international membership vary by country and are determined on a sliding scale anchored in the World Bank classification based on per capita income
