Since its creation in 1994, the Institute for Diversity in Health Management (Institute), has been committed to expanding health care leadership opportunities for racially and ethnically diverse individuals and increasing the ranks of those entering and advancing within the health care field. Our vision is that the management at health care institutions around the country - in urban and rural areas, teaching and non-profit facilities - reflects the rich cultural and ethnic diversity of the communities they serve, which ultimately enables them to provide the highest quality of care possible.

Your donation will support activities and programs including research projects, advanced development opportunities for managers and emerging leaders and national efforts to eliminate health care disparities. The Institute accomplishes its mission through support from individuals, organizations and corporations.
