Description

Millennials are (or will be) the largest percent of the health care workforce, yet hospitals across the country are reporting heightened turnover among this cohort. Using engagement data from 1.25 million caregivers and Memorial Hermann’s efforts to create a culture that leverages all generations, this on-demand session will provide meaningful solutions.
 
Objectives
  1. Understand the differences in the needs of multiple generations.
  2. Identify tactics and solutions that are required to maximize the effectiveness of all generations.
  3. Help leaders create a strategy that fosters a connection for the millennial workforce.
