ASHE Quick Training: Shafts and Chutes

Quick Training Courses are based on providing the learner with quick on-the-go. The learner will gain knowledge without significant time commitment; the training should be concluded within 15-20 minutes. The courses will introduce the learner to the specific system, explain of why it is important for the system to work properly, and the steps for proper inspection.
 

In this course you will learn about the basic definitions of shafts and chutes, some of the requirements of the International Building Code (IBC), NFPA 101, and NFPA 82 and how to inspect and maintain this equipment.
