Description
The AONL Salary and Compensation Study | 2013 includes 90 days access to the report of survey findings as well as the online reporting tool, which provides personalized analysis of current nursing leadership compensation. This one of a kind report is available to AONL members for free as a part of their membership. Members should go to www.AONL.org/compensation to access this resource. In March of 2013, AONL conducted research to help provide salary and compensation information, work setting characteristics, and other practice information to nursing leadership professionals. More than 4,000 nurse leaders responded to this survey. The large number of participants means that even relatively rare respondent characteristics (e.g., uncommon job functions/titles, employers and traditionally under-represented groups) are able to be reported at a granular level. The information collected not only reveals certain trends related to salary and compensation, but also bonus arrangements and other benefits that organizations may use to recruit and retain talented nurse leaders.
