In this exciting session, leaders are introduced to important tools for the effective daily management of volunteer programs. Among the tools discussed are those relating to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Record Management, and Emergency Management in relationship to volunteer services. Budget Planning and components of Fundraising are also discussed in the workshop. This session will share how to incorporate the use of technology in volunteer management, enabling proactive leaders to keep their programs at the forefront of volunteer management. The webinar will conclude with a review on the many resources available to assist in the professional development of volunteer leaders.
