A Seat at the Table is a leadership development experience made specifically for EVS leaders in healthcare. You and your team play an essential role in your organizations by keeping patients and employees healthy and improving clinical outcomes. This experience is designed to help you become a more effective leader and have a bigger impact on your organization. It will empower you to take “a seat at the table” with other leaders by demonstrating your value to your partners, stakeholders, and other leaders.

 

The course content is available 24/7 within the timeframe indicated above. You may work at any time of the day and you are not required to log in to the course at any specific date/time. There will also be 4 weekly facilitated synchronous meetings via zoom. The first meeting is not until 3/27. Use the first week of the course to get acquainted with the content and prepare yourself for the first meeting.
