In this healthcare 101 course, you will learn how to better navigate your own system/organization, gain a general comprehension of the language of healthcare (and its many acronyms), and get an overview on the healthcare landscape. This course is intended for those who may have recently moved into healthcare from an outside industry or may just want an update on the U.S. healthcare system.

Join us to learn how leading health systems are structuring their people, processes and technology to create ongoing operational capabilities for sustainable “post-launch” success. We’ll discuss:
  • Practical tips for prioritizing post launch projects
  • The seven essential competencies for digital teams to establish
  • How to build a business case for ongoing investment in digital programs
  • Staffing models for content and technology governance
  • The role of measurement and testing in improving digital patient experiences
