• Historical trends in utilization, personnel and finances for selected years from 1946-2010
• Five year trends for utilization, personnel and finances for 2006-2010 by total U.S., bed size, regionally by U.S. Census Division, and state
• Facilities and services in the U.S. Census Division and state for 2010
• Community health indicators by U.S Census Division and Metropolitan Statistics Area for 2010

The 2012 edition also includes a free 2012 U.S. Community Hospitals Wall Chart (poster).
